Mat Class - Mat class where small equipment may be used.
Yin Yoga - Yin yoga is a more passive style of yoga that involves holding fewer postures for longer periods, approx 3-5 mins, offering deeper access to the body, targeting the connective tissues, fascia and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints and bringing the practitioner to a state of mental calmness.
Oov - From stretching to core strengthening to rehabilitation, or for relaxation the oov offers significant benefits for spinal health. Its highly durable foam complements the spines natural curves. Works by activating the users core stabilising muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve ‘neutral spine’ a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.
Barre - A Fun workout that fuses Pilates, Dance and Yoga. This workout will get your heart pumping & calories burning. Be prepared to sweat.
This Pass will expire after 6 months.
Please note to qualify for the discounted class price there is no extension on the 6 months.
If you would like an extension on the 6 months then you will have to pay the difference between the Pass and the casual class losing the discount.
